do I still need to buy additional for my PLDT dsl? diba meron na kasama talaga but if I need to install a wireless phone, fax doon sa line, will it affect my connection?

In my experience, it is not needed. But if you hear static noise, then you should get one.
You can actually request the PLDT technician to provide you with additional filter at no cost....
