IMPORTANT: the activity is limited to 50 vehicles only (trail) and 100 for the seminar. it will be on a "first come, first serve" basis.

I will be sending the registration form to Ungas by fax today(thursday), coordinate nalang kayo sa kanya how you can fill it up. I need the forms back no later than tuesday (Aug.05)

Info needed: full name, address, age, ***, cellphone, landline, vehicle make, type, year, signature. May waiver din on the lower portion.

**they will providing light snacks only. Please bring your own lunch.

i cannot comment for the group. pero last year may registration form din nung sumali kami ni kim sa launching ng Pampanga trail. that was Aug.17 daw. the Aug.09 activity is in celebration of the club's 1st year anniversary.

beeboy and kits are speakers yata. no need for them to fill-up.
by the way, riders/navigators must also fill-up.

Ha? Ang laki naman. Try to scan it using grayscale or black and white mode only and reduce resolution. Baka kasi siguro naka full resolution and 16M color mode ang scanner mo thats why malaki ang file size.

Di ko alam kung pano manipulate yung scanner. I just scanned the whole document, kaso ayaw lumabas ng malinaw pag outline and letters lang. Kailangan buo para malinaw.

paliitin mo lang ang file sa Photoshop... after mo ma scanned open it sa photoshop then save as copy...lang ang ext. file name basta dapat JPG..

send mo na rin ako ng copy pag ok na

No can do, the document was saved in rtf format for MS word, di ko alam kung pano gagawing jpg format.
