haha check it. I was with my friend, he wanted to inquire about a 350z he's always been dreaming about. He's got the cash, but he likes to back out of things becuz he doesnt like spending money..but likes to have "nice toys".

Ne ways, they were discussing, i was just listening. So the price of a Fairlady 350z is 3million pesos..between 50-60K US Dollars. I was blown away. I thought she was trying to rip off my friend. i checked online n that was the price. shyyyt... kc sa states, It's only about 35K to buy a Z. that's about 1.5million pesos give or take a little.

The same thing goes for the Ford Expeditions here..almost 3million pesos..last time i checked..it was something like 2.8..or 2.9million pesos.

back to the topic...Most local cars..asian cars...sedan types are FWD n not V8. that's the fallback compared to Euro cars n American cars.

Budget drifting car...toyota starlet KP61...kahit gastusan mo....I doubt if you'll even reach half a million.

Sa euro car, OPEL Manta na siguro ang possible canditate na budget drifting car.

kung pang-drifting lang naman, u can't go wrong with the Silvia (240SX), 1st and 2nd generation RX-7s, heck even the older Miatas. why spend all that money for a Z, unless expert drifter ka na with sponsors.

There are lefthand drive 200SX's here. There are some imported 240SX's, but those aren't as desirable. Only problem with the local LHD 200SX is that it only came in AT, which kind of excludes it from drifting.

RX7s are a big no for drifting on a budget here... the parts! the parts! the prices of those parts!!!. Old Miatas are a better choice, parts are relatively easy... and they have low grip limits, so they break into a slide much easier... but then, you can't throttle steer a Miata very well (not enough power!), so it's not much of a drifter.

The best choice, really, is a Starlet or an old Corolla with a 4AG swap. Parts are still abundant (for now), and small "old school" mag wheels and tires mean you'll be spending less on rubber.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
