Sebastien Loeb driving for Citroen sealed the 2005 World Rally Championship (WRC) with a second place finish at Rally Japan on Sunday (Mainichi).
Peugeot's Marcus Gronholm won the Japan round of the season after last year's winner Petter Solberg, who had led the field in his Subaru for all three days of the race, apparently hit a rock and was forced to retire in the second-last stage -- only 30 kilometers from the end of the 350-kilometer course.
