That would be 3.5 million pesos for the base Carrera... no options, right? Which would mean about 7 million after taxes.

And the GT3 and Turbo would be 12 to 15 million after taxes... ouch...

I guess the only way to know for sure would be to ask someone who owns one...

I know someone who just sold his 997 Turbo a couple of weeks ago. He said he bought it brand new just over a year ago for 13M, traded it in for 10M, added 5M to purchase a brand new 997 GT2.

Since most Porsches are special orders or imported in limited numbers, prices usually go up and down in a shorter span of time compared to high volume mainstream cars in the RP, I noticed that within a few months the difference in prices can be as big as P300K-P500K. This is one of the reasons they don't normally publish the prices.
