    MANILA, Philippines - Former President and now Pampanga 2nd District Rep. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo was rushed to a hospital due to cervical radiculopathy.
    A report by dzMM radio said that Arroyo was rushed to an undisclosed hospital early today.
    The report said that the former president's condition is not life threatening.
    Cervical radiculopathy, according to Medscape is a dysfunction of a nerve root of the cervical spine.
    A Wikipedia.com entry on cervical radiculopathy said that the condition can cause "pain, weakness, numbness, or difficulty controlling specific muscles."
