    Langya.....napakaraming nagbibilang at naglalabas ng election results, merong Namfrel, ABS-CBN STI, GMA-7 AMA Quick Counts at COMELEC. Ang ABS-CBN, GMA-7, may partial tally na pero yung Namfrel (as per ANC), as of 3AM (May 15), di pa nagu-umpisa yung "quick Count" nila.

    Sino ang pinakamagaling magbilang? Sino ang paniniwalaan natin? Ang dami nila! Paano kung magkakaiba ang resulta? :twak2
    Ang may final say ba yung sa COMELEC? Kaso....pagdating sa Comelec, mga tao rito nakakalimutang magbilang.

    Ilang araw, linggo o buwan, aabutin kaya ang bilangan? Sa US ilang oras lang, alam na agad ang final results.

    eto rin madalas ang nagpapagulo eh...sila ang nagse-set ng trend....kaya kapag iba ang lumabas na resulta, sasabihin mali ung sa kabila...mas credible sila...eh pare-pareho lang naman silang unofficial....ayaw kasing magtulungan na lang eh...kung bang nag-join force na lang ang abs-cbn and gma and then support NAMFREL or better yet support COMELEC, eh di mas nakatulong pa sila....

    +1 on this.

    This "results trending" has been going on since the first "independent surveys" came out.

    People should just take it as it is - unofficial.

    I don't know about GMA, but as far as the COMELEC is concerned, ABS-CBN is the only network accredited to conduct both the exit polls and media count. NAMFREL reverted to the manual counting system due to their experience with SMS during the 2004 polls, when their dedicated server became flooded with thousands of text messages resulting in delays.

    Besides, it's always mentioned that the results being broadcast are still partial and unofficial. Only the COMELEC can decide when it becomes official.
