Correct me if I ' m wrong,di ba 1987 constitution lang na established yun pork barrel,same with multi party and party list,so dapat ratify the constitution to abolish that pork,or why not referendum?

It's only for show, it's their tax assessors who pushes businessmen to evade tax. As mentioned on the other thread, if you pay your tax correctly they'll punch holes on your filing and give you problems on the smallest mistakes. In the end you will find that it's a lot easier to pay them off, they cook your tax, than actually paying your tax honestly.
