    Binay daughter wins condo in Rockwell raffle | ABS-CBN News

    sumasali pa rin pala sila sa mga ganitong raffle....hindi paba sila nakuntento sa mga binibigay sa kanila para sa bawat pirma nila sa mga bldg. permit?

    Raffle winner my ass! It's rigged and simple as lagay.

    Majority Leader Neptali Gonzales II and House Ethics Committee Chair Joaquin Chipeco both saw nothing wrong with Binay winning the condo.

    Gonzales, in a text message said, “nothing is wrong about it. Raffle promos are not considered gambling."

    Question : How would you know that a congressman is telling the truth ?

    Answer : When he tell's his fellow congressman as a liar.

    LOL, what did Rockwell have to gain by raffling out a condo unit? Were tickets only given to those who have already bought a condo?

    This is obviously a rigged contest to make the Binay's condo collection process appear legit to those with low IQs.

    Sinusubukan yata ng mga Binay kung effective ang papapayamang strategy na ito against COA. Medyo tumitino ng konti ang Commission on Audit kaya kailangan ng more effective ways to fleece the Filipino people.
