    Excerpt:

A new survey by pollster Pulse Asia showed that more people trust Vice President Jejomar Binay than President Benigno Aquino III.

Binay was the country's 'most appreciated and trusted' official, at least between February and March this year, Pulse Asia said.

The survey, conducted Feb. 24 to March 6, showed Binay getting an 83 percent approval rating and an 81 percent trust rating.

Aquino, on the other hand, received a 74-percent approval rating and 75-percent trust rating.
What's your take on this? Is this a one-off thing, or the possible start of a trend?

    jologs love their fellow jologs

it's becoming clear to the masses PNoy isnt one of them

PNoy is conyotic. the masses see him as kinda out-of-touch

PNoy hangs with his conyotic friends, talking about cars and girls

tingin ng mga tao naglalaro lang ng gobyer-gobyerno si PNoy and friends

    mas seryoso dating ni Binay

and cowboy ang dating. mas masa

May text brigade lagi si Binay tuwing may nagagawa syang achievements. And kung may lumabas naman na negative news ke Mar Roxas, text brigade ulit.

For all you know, the one who paid for the poll is the Office of the Vice-President...

May bago pa ba? Remember kung di tumakbo si Noynoy sa pagka Presidente eh si Erap sana ang nanalo.

More surely than not, Binay's office paid for that poll.

And chances are, the poll was done in Republic of Makati.

Akala siguro nila gaganda buhay nila ala Makati. Not realizing the city was already wealthy to begin with.

    Here's one reason:

Manila tenement residents to be relocated
    By Jaymee T. Gamil
    Philippine Daily Inquirer

Filed Under: Earthquake, Disasters (general), Safety of Citizens, Laws, Philippines - Metro
MANILA, Philippines—More than 80 families are set to be relocated from the National Housing Authority-run tenement houses in Manila, after inspections made by the Department of Public Works and Highways up to October last year confirmed the structural hazards of the buildings.

In fact, the Vitas Tenement Building in Tondo has been condemned for the past 10 years, and the situation has even worsened since then, Manila City Building Official engineer Melvin Balagot said.

Also up for relocation are the residents of the Punta, Sta. Ana, Tenement House, another long-condemned building that, nevertheless, houses around 1,000 families. The urgency of the relocation has been highlighted following the recent earthquake and tsunami in Japan.

“The beams, walls, columns are cracked. The iron bar foundations are showing. Add to that, the places have become congested with families having around four to five members each,” he said of the seven-story Vitas Tenement, which houses 48 units on each floor.

Despite the safety hazards, out of the 300 families in Vitas, only 80 have volunteered to be relocated to a housing project in Towerville, San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan. Relocation will start next week, according to Balagot.

Most families have refused to make the move, not wanting to leave behind lives in Manila, or because of apprehensions the Bulacan resettlement site would be worse than their current situation, Balagot said.

“We understand it’s far, but they can’t gamble their safety. By law, they can’t really choose where they will be relocated, just as long as a relocation site is found for them. If they don’t want it, there might be forced evictions,” Balagot warned.

On Thursday, no less than Vice President Jejomar Binay visited the site to conduct a dialogue with the residents on the matter. Balagot said one suggestion was that the residents form a cooperative to procure a shuttle service between Bulacan and Manila.

No relocation site has been determined yet for the Punta, Sta. Ana, tenement residents. Dialogues have been ongoing with the families, Balagot said.

Wala pa rin tatalo kay GMA. Negative ratings from the time she sat in office, and sank all the way to -53%! Yan ang record!

I've been receiving spam text messages informing of the results of this survey.

    Grabe aga ng kampanya.

The underground NOYBI, now has now solely become the BIBI movement.

"Pulse Asia: More people trust VP Binay than Pres. Aquino." Should we be afraid?
