    You can make TS's case as no. 9 in this list;

Chavez files P1.59-B plunder case vs Arroyo - Yahoo! News

    1. Fertilizer Fund Scam
    - Joc-Joc Bolante was arrested in the U.S. Pero dito sa Pilipinas, malaya siya.

    2. AFP Fund Scam
    - Maj. Gen. Carlos Garcia was also arrested in the U.S.

    3. AFP Fund Scam (Again)
    - The 'Euro Generals' were arrested in Russia. Walang naparusahan.

    4. World Bank Fund Scam
-Even the World Bank had to blacklist seven construction firms DUE TO CORRUPTION involving former FG Mike Arroyo. Ang World Bank, umaksyon. Pero si Pandak, umaksyon ba?Hinde. Asawa nya involve eh.

    6. NBN-ZTE deal

    8. OWWA-PCSO-GSIS-SSS fund scam etc.
    - Eto ang malinawa: nawala ang pondo.
    - Eto ang malabo: kanino at saan napunta?

While this may draw different reactions, keep the list(s) growing mga ka-tsikoteers!

just like politicians, me kanya kanya rin kasing manok ang mga pari. tao rin yan na kung san nakikinabang e dun sila. lets face it, majority ng voting public goes for a candidate who can deliver the voters personal interest.

Sabi ng dad ko, medyo among the worse si PGMA but not to Marcos or Erap levels. Parang ok nung pinalitan niya si Erap but it would be better if she didn't ran during the 2004 elections. Things went from good to bad to worse. Yes, if PGMA didn't ran for congress and accepted the punishment.

That's generosity! :D

Looks like the bishops won this one. Namukhang demolotion job ni Juico turned bad. Si Sotto nagpapogi na naman. Tinamaan na naman si Oscar Cruz, for opening his mouth before the facts are in.

I'm not convinced because the Senate Committee doing the investigation did not ask any probing questions as they would normally do for "invited" witnesses.

Instead, the committee swallowed the statement of the 7 bishops that the vehicles were used to serve their poor constituents without actually saying how. Neither was it explained why some bishops got 4x4s some got AUVs, some got pick-ups, etc. I was also waiting to hear how many times the PCSO gave donations to these bishops or dioceses and what they were used for just to get a historical basis on the number of times the Church has gotten donations from the PCSO.

May nabasa akong article e...yung SUVs, pera ng gobyerno, to help the poor ek ek, humingi as bday gift si padre, kung legal man o hinde, its not that...The whole point of this excercise is nung pinagbigyan yung mga pari sa mga request nila, ano ang naging kapalit?

Is it their silence? nung time na yan andaming anomalya ang naglabasan kay GMA, nasan sila?

According to an article I saw today, our culture simply forbids sending a bishop to jail. Baka mapunta ka sa impyerno.

At least, this incident will now force the CBCP to think and re-examine it's excessive entanglements with politics.

BTW, how come no one asked De Dios Pueblos what kind of constant support he offered GMA when he asked for a new vehicle?

if you look at the personalities behind this drive you'll notice that both are GMA supporters

PCSO names bishops who got cars under GMA
