Be ready to spend more time in US immigrations... As everyone now know, this include green card holders, bawal na bumalik.

"This Executive Order, if signed, may add the following countries to the travel ban implemented on January 25th: Egypt, Lebanon, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Colombia, Venezuela, southern Philippines, trans-Sahara (Mali), and Sulu/Sulawesi Seas Littoral. We believe the new Executive Order may be published within the next two weeks," the law firm said.

It's not clear however, how those coming from the southern Philippines will be distinguished when they, along with the rest of Filipinos, hold just one Philippine passport.

'Southern Philippines' next in Trump's travel ban?

They can all ban people from these countries but if Saudi Arabia isnt' included in that list, it is pretty useless.

Labo nga.. I am closely monitoring,- as we already have the plane tickets purchased. Hoping things will improve since our travel will be a few months away.....

Punta kaagad Day1 pa lang sa St. Patrick's Cathedral at Trump Tower sa 5th Ave.... Yeah!

A few blocks na lakad lang iyon.....

'South' - Walandyo,- wala sanang lituhan dito......

^ Google pressed the panic button early on -- when news broke out, they sent out orders to recall all staff to the US.

Advice to US-bound Pinoys: Must have lawyer's phone numbers | ABS-CBN News

Uy advised all people, especially kababayans, that they should be prepared in their travels, in the event President Trump decides to expand his ban to other countries.

“Make sure that your family members know when you’re arriving,” he said. “They need to have contact information for an attorney, or contact information of the pro-bono attorneys working at the airports, if they can. The attorney that they should have the contact information of, should be an immigration attorney who has done habeas corpus petitions before — in order to ensure a release.”

Uy also said it is critical not to sign anything if detained.

“What they’ve been doing is forcing people to sign I-407 forms,” he said. “They’re basically forms that make you give up your green card.”

    well, they'll be disappointed then

Boston Judge Unblocks Trump Travel Ban, Asks "Where Does It Say Muslim Countries?" | Zero Hedge

“The language in Section 5 of the EO is neutral with respect to religion,

"The provisions of Section 5, however, could be invoked to give preferred refugee status to a Muslim individual in a country that is predominately Christian. Nothing in Section 5 compels a finding that Christians are preferred to any other group.”

“The order provides a reasonably conceivable state of facts (which concerns national security and) that could provide a rational basis for the classification,” he wrote. “Accordingly, this Court declines to encroach upon the “delicate policy judgment” inherent in immigration decisions.”

    ORDER

For the forgoing reasons, the Court declines to impose any injunctive relief and will not renew the temporary restraining order that was entered on January 29, 2017 (Docket No. 6).
Damn, son! Where'd you find this?
