    afaik, this is a tradition in thailand yata or kung san asian country man un.
    they parade with everything stuck, pierced, hung, etc on their face or body.
    some kind of a ritual din. parang eto ang penitensya nila.

    haha! imo, it would be a strong message to those people who committed crime. i would love to see the killers of the 7yo girl who was put inside the bag wearing that handcuffs all over their body.
