i mean sa batas po natin...
my friend asked me kasi kung di bawal yun ginagawa ng landlady nya...my friend is leaving her apartment. her landlady told her that the deposit is neither consumable nor refundable. sa pagkakaalam ko po kasi refundable ito o kaya consumable.
