August 28th, 2010 12:07 PM #1It was published on The Philippine Star New feature section dated Aug. 12, 2010. It discusses a Congressman Rep. Irwin Tieng witnessing some politicians street sweepers or "Hawi boys" stop traffic for them to pass, they don't use sirens but use these escorts to gain access to traffic. I'm sorry the link does not work to share to everyone here in tsikot the whole story.
