OT - I got friend having his hardisk crashed .... his laptop was with the XP os....I just don't know but it seems that XP is not yet perfect (as usual with Bill Gates products).... Unless I need the xtra features (which is really not much for a home user)....I would stick to win98SE...

January 14th, 2003 09:38 AM #18WinXP Pro is ok naman. But Win98SE is much much faster. Yung lang nga, mas sosi tignan and gamitin ang xp hehehe :D By the way, pag nag crash ang HDD, usually physical ito and its not the fault of the OS. :D
Youre right wildthing marami pang bugs ang xp. but it really is convenient, lalo na pag nagdadagdag ka ng peripherals. Anyway, a patch is out already. Service Pack1 can be downloaded. 130MB lang nga :|
