They claim to be better. But for the price difference parang hindi na sulit. Sa 3M na lang ako.

yep better now before may nag pa tint v-cool lc80 35k plus pina double pa ang likod. additional 15k.

but in terms of UV ray protection, light transmission nothing can beat it. guaranteed nila before if you park your car in the heat of the sun 30 seconds lang the heat is gone na. maybe you can find of im not mistaken solar guard premium, lower price but mga 80% effective compared sa v-cool.

Convincing yung dinemo sa akin before.

    May heat lamp tapos underneath

1 layer VKool tint na clear and 2 layers of 3M Super Dark.

    No heat penetration talaga vkool!

But still quite out of reach, in terms of price.

Nope...I'm not kidding. Sa Gen1 ko lalagay sana as against the use of a second aircon. Nag dual aircon na lang ako.

meron bang clear tint yung 3M? V-cool several years in a row ko na nakikita sa transport show sa megamall.

V-cool certainly works, that's what I'm sure of. My brother has it installed in his car. Hanep ang heat rejection and visibility is not compromised (obviously kasi almost clear siya). Installation is difficult though as the film is much thicker than 3M or Sungard.

To answer your question, yes, it's better than 3M since 3M has yet to come up with an answer to V-cool's near-clear film technology with very good heat and UV rejection.

If you have the money to burn, why not? You get what you pay for...

I have V-Kool on my Paj.

Had my sunroof vcooled. At first, umangal ako kasi when I touched the glass, ang init! They said to compare its heat rejection capability, put your hand inches from the glass. The heat you would feel (or the lack of it) would be more obvious that way. Ang angal ko sa 3M, after a while, the gap between the tint if full tint ka tapos my hiwa, lumalaki. Look at its heat rejection capability which normally follows depending on the tint's thickness, not darkness.
