Buick Rendezvous spotted

it's not a bad looking truck. this is what gm should have built in the first place instead of wasting time with the aztek

The Rendezvous looks much better than its cousin the Pontiac Aztek, but it still looks awkward for an SUV.
One reason for the awkward proportions is because its based on GM's U-platform for minivans, yup, in other words, underneath that SUV skin, its quite close to the Chevy Venture.

This concept gives a hint on how their next gen cross-over SUV will look like.

The ride of a buick rendevouz is just fine. It's an AWD but short on torque although it carries a 3.7 ltr engine. I was able to use it for a month and my family enjoyed it.

IMO, the Buick's rear view looks soooo hideous.... I guess that's where the Ssangyong people got their inspiration for the equally hideous, Stavic. :D
