Hi. Does anyone know where to find a box that is placed on the cargo bed of a Ford Ranger? I don't know what it is officially called. On the internet it can be found under the name tonneau, some calls it toolbox, for me it's like a chest. I think the Mitsubishi Strada has a built in one on their new models.
Are there lots of this in Banaue? Does anyone know how much they cost? Thanks.

Don't need a camper shell. As I understand camper shell covers the whole bed. I just need a box or chest or some call it utility box.

sir, sa Banaue QC merong utility box. Sa Carryboy, at sa Goldcars. I bought mine sa Goldcars, Aeroklas ang brand name, the biggest size, worth 15k, black color...ayaw ko ng cream sa Carryboy. at mas mahal sa kanila.

It took about 40 minutes to install it, and yes, some drilling required. By the way, mine is a Strada GLS V

Can you share a pic of this utility box? I also prefer black. Also the exact location of Goldcars. Banawe St. is a bit long. Thanks.

Sir, ang Goldcars ay mga one block bago dumating sa Mcdonalds. nasa right side of the road pg pasok nyo ng Banaue. Kung galing kayo ng Edsa, pasok kayo Quezon Avenue...then turn right na sa Banaue ...Nasa right side sya of the road ng banaue, bago dumating ng Mcdo.

very useful ang cargo/utility box para sa akin, especially pag puno ng tao sa loob, wala ng mapaglagyan ng mga gamit. pag sa utility box ay safe sya at di mababasa. pag canopy naman ayaw ko na, nagmumukha syang funeral car (no offense meant sa mga naka canopy), it's just me. pero mas maganda tingnan yung canopy na may slope pababa sa likuran, hindi sya square, mas mahal nga lang ito. but i guess useful ito sa may mga may business. i also need the cargo space para sa mga matataas na cargo na from time to time eh kailangan isakay.

Soyti75, thanks for the info. It's our first time to use a utility box and the only brand I know is Carryboy. It's good you shared the info on another brand, the Aeroklas. It's good to have an alternative brand to pick from. I wonder if they are made of the same material? Based on the picture above, it seems that the utility box is made for Mitsubishi. I'm not sure if it will fit a Ranger or are utility box sizes universal? Your box seems a bit tapered at the bottom. Doesn't this make the space of the box smaller? I still don't know what are the designs available from Aeroklas brand.

i am sure Sir mag fi fit ang anumang large utility box sa Ranger, kasi mas malaki ang cargo bed ng new ranger. Mas mahal ang Carryboy brand so probably mas ok siguro material nya, but I am much contented with Aeroklas. Yung space naman sa loob ng box ay adequate for me. So far, di ko pa sya napupuno.

Punta na lang kayo ng Goldcars to check kung anong design meron sila. Whne i went there iisa lang eh. Yung nakikita nyo sa picture na made for mitsubishi strada ay exclusively for strada only ang design. iyong sa akin ay iba ang design nya.
