saw a tricked out LC77 with big mudders (35") climb out onto marcos highway coming from the dirt track they use for motocross (just across the river from riverbanks, where the SM branch was supposed to rise).

hanep! andumi nung sasakyan but very very macho. off-road guys baka interesado kayo doon... mukhang kayang daanan ng 4x4 yung motocross track, pero mahirap. lots of crests, jumps and mud mud mud. i'm sure you can rent the venue out if you can get hold of the owners.

Hindi po yan ang tinuro mo sa aken. You were refering to the track sa may tumana bridge. For sure alam ni sir alfred yan. Yung sinasabi ni Splerdu, matatanaw yan along marcos highway. Mas ok ung sa tumana Otep and offroad peeps kasi may river crossing dun. Un nga lang nakakatakot hindi ko din alam kung kakayanin ng mga vehicles. :lol: :lol:

Yung sa Tumana medyo delikads yung river. May mga nadale dyan na jeeps before (natangay ng tubig) and i think medyo malalim din siya (or soft yung ilalim).

Yung sa Marcos, kitankita yun from the brige... how to get there? I think sa loob ng Marikina pa yung daanan... pero pg umaapaw yung Marikina River, nalulubog din ata yun.

PLS DISREGARD MY LAST MESSAGE PERTAINING TO THE TUMANA BRIDGE AREA AS A GREAT PLACE FOR OFFROADING. Tama po si sir Vinj. THE PLACE IS NOT SAFE 8O 8O . I rememberd b4 may natangay na colorum doon because malakas po ang wave. And for a period of time nagtitirik sila ng candle sa may bridge for the souls of those who drowned.

Pls don't ever think of trying it out. I apologize for mentioning the place for offroaders :oops: :oops: :oops: . It is a very unsafe place.

Tumana bridge also known as the "disappearing bridge". Kasi during the rainy months wala (underwater) itong bridge na ito. Once we crossed this river with only people standing at the gutter (take note no railing ito) as guide. At this time pede mag river crossing (cross your fingers) kasi no rains, actually there are cranes and payloader crossing the river. Coming from Concepcion and upon crossing it mat mga grassy and muddy trail if you leave the road. I'll try to survey the area. Daan ako bukas pag uwi ko.

Yep, nakakatakot nga yung mga tao sa place na yun since medyo depressed area yung Tumana. I also used to pass there everyday when i used to go to Antipolo... pinilit ko din dati yung car ko noon (Corolla AE92) nuing umapaw and all i can say is "never again". Nararamdaman mo yung pagtama ng tubig sa side tapos panay basura yung nakuha ko sa ilalim after getting an underwash.
