nasubok ko na pareho... halos pareho lang....i.e.,smooth acceleration, engine noise seems to be less (pag bago pa yung oil).. hirap i-judge subjective e. i'd go delo gold multigrade. mas mura :D
ngaoyn ko lang narinig yung delo sport. .eheh.e ano yan? synthetic? .. monograde ba yan?...though i havent visited a caltex gas station.. available yan dun?.. magkano?
Delo Gold Multigrade is definitly better than Castrol CRD Plus. Delo Gold Multigrade is rated API CH-4 while that of Castrol CRD Plus CF-4. I recall Delo uses Type II base oil while that of Castrol only Type I. But for regular use any of them would do as both meet the minimum requirements of most car manufacturers.
to add to this question... how about castrol GTX 15w-40 vs. delo gold 15w-40 multigrade? rating ng gtx diesel is API CG-4/SL.
from what i remember price ng delo gold 15w40 multigrade is around 395/gallon (not the SAE40 delo gold ha, that's cheaper at 350-370/gallon).
castrol CRD plus is about 420-450/gallon while castrol gtx diesel is 510-520/gallon.

The Castrol GTX DIesel as what I recall reading it from its label is also rated API CH-4 so its more or less equal to that of the Delo Gold Multigrade. The Castrol CRD-Plus is more or less equal to the Delo Gold monograde. My opinions are only based on the specs written at the back of their containers though Castrol Mineral Oils are definitely more expensive than their local counterparts.
Both are very good oils and any one of them would do since they exceed the minimum requirements of most diesel engines.
