    hey, baka nakakalimutan nyo na may mga diesel sedans pa. Puro SUVs at trucks lang ba may diesel engine? hehe. Yung may mga diesel na tsikot dyan, paramdam kayo.. papakainin natin ng torque yang mga may gaso dyan.. hehe

    I used to drive one in college. 300D na W123. 88 bhp lang but can do a mean burnout. Sobrang flat ng torque band.

    We also have a W126 300SD. But its not as much fun as the smaller (and manual transmission) W123.

    highest-end diesel engined car i know of. never seen one though.

    the best way to get from London to Prague daw, sabi ni Top Gear. better than taking the plane. kasi may cruise control naman at lahat...

    hmm for me Volkswagen Phaeton V10 TDI ang pinakamatindi sa diesel sedans... eto specs nya:
    power -313 HP/ torque -750 Nm * 2000rpm, max speed 250kph, acceleration 6.9s from 0 to 100kph :D

    BMW 330d for the 3-series
    BMW 530d for the 5 series

    The 530d is being sold here in the Phils. and that an excerpt of a review was posted here tsikot sometime last February.

    basta beemer or benz na diesel e game ako. anything at all basta german diesel. but i'd settle for a SUV pa rin. i like the higher ground clearance, so i could conquer roads or no roads at all...

    teka gaano ka tipid ba mga engines nyo? i hear a very high remarks with the beemer's powerplant ha.

    haha. dami pala tayo me diesel eh... i have an '89 300D W124. it's my first car and i bought it second hand. medyo mababa horsepower (109hp) pero malakas naman humataw sa rekta. dapat nga yung turbo binili ko (kaya lang sirain daw) para comparable yung horsepower sa 2.3 liter MB na gas. Pero mga tsong wala ako masabi wen it comes to economy at sa linis ng exhaust. kahit pumunta ka ATC at isabak mo sa trapik ng southsuperhiway, meron ka pa para bukas.. hehe.

    me problem yung 300D. me engine knock e. yung cylinder 1 ang parang delayed. anu kaya me problem (injector, nozzle, or valve lifter) ewan ko ba... any bright ideas?
