Truck ban ordinance..ano ba talaga?

can anyone clarify ano ba ang basis ng truck ban?

-gross weight of 4000kg
-length of the vehicle (14ft) or
-kung ilang gulong (6wheelers)

akoy litong lito na...i hope someone can post an ordinace or guideline para bigyan ko ng kopya yun pulis pag hinuli ako.

Also if you have truck ban, does that mean you're exempted from color coding as well?

Sa MMDA the last time I checked, sa gross vehicle weight sila nagbabase. 4500 and down is exempted from the truck ban regardless of whether it is a 4 or 6 wheeler. Number coding applies din to trucks, private vehicles din kasi.

Pero yung iband cities not under MMDA control may mga kanya kanyang resolutions sila, based on number of wheels, GVW among others.
