September 4th, 2003 09:06 PM #9Color coding schemes are only observed during weekdays. Vehicles are also excused on natural disasters like floods and legal holidays.

September 4th, 2003 09:18 PM #12syet, pano kaya ito. hiramin ko dapat trooper. akala ko makakalusot ako sa comm plate. sigurado naman before 3pm labas na ako. yung papasok lang ang problem ko. mga 9:30 siguro ang ETA ko sa balintawak.

but I have found a route from Commonwealth to my parent's place pag coding ako... hehehehe!

September 5th, 2003 03:52 PM #18meron palang special exemption sa coding like kung aattend ka ng kasal. kailangan lang nung ikakasal ang kukuha ng permit for exemption tapos bigay na lang sa'yo... siempre good for 1 day lang.
