Bad Deal on Mitsubishi strada glx??

Hi mga Sir,

i have been approved for financing of mitsubishi strada glx 2010 model, ang kaso mukang mataas ata yung presyo nila kase may nakita ako mga ads online they have better deals? eto yung quote na binigay ng agent:

40% down = 370,000php - discount 20,000 php = 350,000

comprehensive insurance = 24,000 php

TPL = 1,610

chattel mortgage fee = 21, 925

Total = 397,535 php

then monthly is 20,352 php 3years to pay

ang free lang is yung 3years LTO, tint and seat cover. doon sa mga ads na nakita ko sa isang site free halos lahat yung babayaran mo lang is yung 20% down payment? or marketing strategy lang nila yun? pls sana matulungan nyo ako bago ako mapasubo! thanks in advance..

Hindi ko kasi kabisado promo ng mitsubishi pero at this time of the year, all out na ang promo lalo na dun sa naghahabol ng sales quota. Bad deal sir.

ah ganun ba kanina ko pa nga tinitingnan eh parang halos wala akong pinag kaiba dun sa mga nag down ng 20% lang, mukang mataas talaga, sna may mag reply na nakakuha ng kagaya ng term na gusto ko.. Thanks!
