    Racal Motors has an assembly plant in Amlan, Negros Oriental for this Racal X30 van. CKD parts used are from a company assembling BMW in China.

    In fairness, the interior looks good and everyone has seat belts. Still looks like a generic China minivan on the outside though.

    What's the engine?

    By the way, major CKD parts used by the Racal Motors in the local assembly of Racal X30 van come from Shineray Motors of China.
