1. there are no "free chattel, free insurance, free LTO". everything is hidden. there is also no such thing as "all-in low down" because the low down will actually become part of your loan amount, to which you will be paying higher than the usual interest rate.
2. wala, they usually just put enough to get you to the nearest gas station. BUT you can haggle with your SA to fill it up. i got my car just 2 weeks ago with a full tank of diesel. so in short, if you don't ask for it you will not get it.
3. around 3-5% additional discount is normal. so if they quote 1M for the car that means you can ask for up to 50k discount on the list price. minimal freebies are tint, matting, seat covers. sometimes they will give back up sensors, step boards, etc. swertihan lang.
4. the dealership yes, as that means extra business for them as the car companies will pay them for their services. the car company on the other hand avoid it like the plaque as that is an expense.
5. better get your won car insurance if possible, or scrutinize the insurance contract very well. especially those "free insurance" from the dealers, those have normally high participation rates (1% or more) such that you end up almost having no insurance at all. 1% of 1M is 10k, so the damage will have to exceed that 1% before the insurance company spends any money on you. haggle. the better insurance policies set a limit of 3k participation per accident.
Correct ka diyan ... In my case, I bought my Monty via BPI Family Bank.
Insurance lang ang free at tied ako sa BPI MS for the duration of the loan.
Not bad though, mura lang yung quote ni BPI MS at 27K for year 2.
The rest, binayaran ko including LTO and Chattel Mortgage.
Wala rin halos freebies dahil nagdagdag ako for 3M Magic Tint.
But still, more than 100K difference as compared to in house financing.
Tawagan mo lahat ng dealer sir. Hindi sila pare parehas ng binibigay then try to haggle with them sabihin mo ang bigay sakin nung isa ganito and ganito dont tell kung saan kasi ung iba magkakakilala.
2. same, 3-5%. gusto mo ng malaking discount? wait ka pag change model year, mga november or december, at may old stock pa sila malaki discount nun. di na kasi maibenta yun at yung new model na ang binibili. or yung "slightly used" test drive vehicle nila up to 50% discount yun.
