Rattling seats

Does anyone know kung saan pwede ipaayos ang mga rattling seats ko. The culprit is dun na mismo sa railings nung seats eh. Sabi ng mitsu pwede daw i-press yun. I'm thinking of buying new railings.

Whats the more practical was of fixing the problem po? And how much would it cost?

Sa railings mismo eh. Parang lumuwag na yung pinaka lower railing. Pano ko sisingitan ng basahan?

Why not try to spray the affected areas with a little WD-40 first? Or di kaya apply some lithium grease?

The railings itself work naman eh. Puno nga ng grease actually. So I dont think greasing will solve the problem. Sa tingin ko talagang kailangan i-press na yung railings...

OT: May center console ba ang L200 mo? Where'd you buy it and how did you install it?

Walang center console yung L200 ko, I wanted to put one before, but I have my crossover installed sa space below the ashtray, so di ko na pinakabitan ng center console, may mga gumagawa nyan, fiberglass or meron di nag bebenta ng orig, problem lang is color gray sila. Balak mo bang lagyan yung sayo? If ever I'll try to ask around kung saan makakakuha.

Yup balak ko palagyan. Nakakangawit kasi kung wala eh. hindi katulad nung sa trooper ng dad ko, may patungan ng elbow. Ang laking ginhawa lalo na pag traffic.

Gen1 4x2 L200 ang project ko ngayong summer. Yang rattling usually kapag wala kang sakat ano? Ang iniisip kong remedy daw eh bumilli ng surplus na seats na lang.

Makalampag na ba yung dashboard mo?

Re: sa center console. Yung 1996 model meron if gen1 na may malaking MITSUBISHI sa likod.

Yung dashboard ko and everything else is as solid as new. Ang problem ko lang talaga is yung seat railings.

Ang alam ko, if you change the seats, you will have to retain yung base. If this is the case, the problem with the rattling will not be solved since the railings are found at the base eh.

If you have questions regarding your project L200, just ask me. Baka makatulong ako kahit papaano. Medyo memorize ko na ang L200 ko..including yung mga sakit nito...hehe

Isa lang ang gusto kong ma-solve sa L200. Yung tatag sa front susp. Pagnatapos na yung body-repair, suspension naman.

Ganun na yata talaga ang front suspension ng L200 eh. Try putting a 40kilo sack of sand sa rear and reduce your tire pressure to 28psi. It helps a lot.
I also replced my front shocks to KYB gas-adjust. Mas naging stable sa cornering.

Nagpalit ka ng headlight lens? Balak ko ng tanggalin yung sealed type.

Sealed type pa rin ang gamit ko. Though gusto ko bilhin yung raybrig na frame sa jetcar sa banawe. Medyo mahal nga lang. Costs around 2700, without the bulb. For now, I can live with the sealed type. OK naman for me ang kyoto brand na sealed type eh...ayos ang illumination.

Gusto mo ng mas murang option? Meron magkakasyang rectangular housing na galing sa motorsiklo. Standard H4 bulb clear lens. Minsan may kasama pang parklight sa loob ng housing. Might set you off for 1,000 for a pair.
