I hear a squeaking sound coming from the front suspension while turning in a tight corner... first time that I've encountered that kind of sound.

It's a high-pitched sound... parang baboy na kinakatay actually.

Power steering belt squealing at lock? Maybe power steering fluid needs to be replaced or belt is loose, and at full lock or near that the pump cannot function optimally.

    Hmmm... some addt'l info.

Naririnig ko din sya kahit straight yung daan (and kapag nakabukas lang ung bintana). Mukhang suspension related ito right?

    x2.

Try having your power steering vane pump checked, as well---even just as a precautionary measure. If your P/S pump is shot, it'll start leaking P/S fluid, and the decreasing hydraulic pressure will increase your effort in turning the wheel.

yep, probably the belt. or worst case the bearing of the power steering pump.
