One of my major concerns in getting a second hand. How do I confirm na di sya binaha? I can ask the owner or dealer straight, but I am doubtful that they will tell the truth. Ano ba pwedeng gawin para maconfirm na di binaha yung oto? What and where and how to check please. TIA tsikoteers.
