I need your opinion on this.. does a chambered muffler affect the performance of a car compared to a free flow muffler? or sa tunog lang sila nagkaiba?

sabi kasi parang nasasakal daw yung sasakyan pag nagchambered ka.. and ano po mas recommended kasi ayaw ko naman masakal pero ayaw ko din ng sobrang ingay na muffler thanks
