    i am planning to buy a bmw e46 model (316i) soon, can anybody refer a good mechanic who will check everything from the engine to the suspension to the body (kung nabangga na, malay natin na-total na pala). it will be our first time to get a 2nd hand car, masyadong mahal sa bmw pre-owned, might as well have it checked (sorry kung medyo OC ako) than regret it in the future.

    saan pala pwede magpaservice ng mas mura sa casa? preferably pasig/qc area.

    also, baka may alam na rin, magkano kaya range ng mga 316i from 2000-2002?

    i saw a 2000 bmw 318i m/t for 900k, neg pa ata un. pero last yr ko p ata nakita so with the release of the E90 cgurado mas mura na.

    Sa Price Di ako sure how much na ngayn! Alam mo naman mga Bimmer Prices tends to drop basta may bagong labas! Maintenance wise I can refer you to a Friend! Hobby nya pagkalikot ng mga BMW.

    guys, ok na deal ba to? my friend was contacted by a bmw salesperson regarding this e46 316.

    year: 2002
    model: e46 316i
    mileage: 27k
    asking: 1.15 neg
    certified pre owned

    what would be a reasonable price for this? neg pa naman daw

    pwd na cguro but 318i nalang sana..no offense to 1.6 owners but if u go to foreign bimmer forums pnagtatawanan nila mnsan 318i what more a 316i. pero to each his own. even 320i mnamaliit nila since bottom displacement of the straight-six.

    Try mo ipa-check kay Mang Rick Chua... I forgot the shop's name, but it is something like Kyle's Auto service something... They're specialized with european cars...

    Located sa Sikatuna Village, QC... I dont have the exact address, but pwede mong itanong yan sa mga tricycle drivers...

    Dami dun mga surplus parts... european spare parts... jag, MB, BMWs, volvo, audi, etc.

    ...true. usual comments ng mga tao dito sa mga naka 316i "nag BMW ka pa!" or "para lang masabing naka BMW". no offense pero ganun nga mga naririnig ko. ako, no comment dahil cant afford.

    Where you able to buy na your BMW E46? im planning to exchange my CRV for a E46 . Kamusta ba ang fuel consumption and maintenance cost ng E46 316.

    Sorry but I sold my E30M3 in 2004 and E36320i in 2005.

    The best guy to help you is Werner Reimer (a fellow member of the bmw club) who has a bimmer shop in Quezon City. His shop's land line is 7262978. Werner has the complete line of scanners for bimmers and mercs.

    Btw, it's better to buy a 318i though - just my 0.02! Gud luck in your search!

    most of the mechanical bits are easy to check. more important is to have someone bring a scanner and scan for trouble codes which could be hiding...
