for a difference of 700 get the oem for your upper arm. Now for the shock, isn't it KYB is also the oem shock for honda and other japanese brand? correct me if i'm wrong.

Yup, Carpower is a reputable shop. Sila pa magsasabi sa yo kung replacement lang yung part mo for your Honda, kung yun lang kaya ng budget mo.
Some shops kasi, including Multiline, bibigyan ka ng replacement or fake na part, sasabihin sayo original, kahit obvious sa packaging pa lang fake na

yep. don't get replacement upper arms. they won't last long. better get OEM since konti lang yung difference. otherwise surplus na lang.

Are you sure w/ that bro? I bet to disagree.
Generally sa mga suspension arms ng mga auto, I think it really depends na nalang yan kung swertuhin o malasin ka sa piyesang nakuha o makukuha mo kung maganda o defective, if it worked well on your ride, then great, if it doesn't, then sorry for you, purchase another (kahit OEM). Marami akong kakilala na puro replacement nalang pinapalit and until now, no problems encountered.
Replacement lang po suspension arms (upper, lateral, lower) ng galant ko, until now sobrang OK pa pati bushings buo pa, wala pang biyak watsoever....3 years na, still sturdy and working very fine, matibay din... and that's half the price!
Not every tsikoteers can afford expensive OE's. However, not all OE's (mostly suspension parts) perform that very well, merong mga replacement parts that can outlast an OEM, and that is just my experiences on our vehicles. So, if you can afford OE's, then go for it. Kung budgeted ka talaga and want to take risks, then go for a replacement one.
Just some of my cents!
