Nare-repair ba yung hydrovac sa brake?
Yun kasi ang diagnostic nung pina-check ko yung brakes ko eh.
Na- bleed na, okay naman yung vacuum pump sa alternator.
Ang problema is tumitigas ang pag-preno.
Saan? Presyo? Gaano katagal?
salamat.

Alam ko po pwede. There are repair kits for the vac. Just ask your mechanic.![]()
bogart, yup nagagawa yan. i had my hydro-vac repaired once (dun sa dating oto ko) at Servitek Las Pinas, in front of Toyota Alabang.
happy_gilmore,
thanks! how much inabot? gaano katagal? it's for my gen1 pajero.
yung sa hyundai grace namin auto-electrician ang gumawa 150 lang ang binayad ko.
would like to revive this thread.
Yung L300 delivery van namin, laging naka ON yung parking brake warning light. and looking at the hydrovac, parang may leak. may repair kit ba nabibili?
^Meron yan pards. Possibly there's a leak so the brake fluid reservoir is low, thus the light turns on.
brake fluid leak sa hydrovac comes from the brake mastercylinder worn out rubber piston cap. If ever there is a leak in the hydrovac, it will be vacuum air leak.
Buhayin ko na din tong thread na to, mas ok ba repair or palit na lang ng surplus?
if the defect is identified and the repair kit is available at reasonable price, then just have it repaired. otherwise, get a surplus. but...
a surplus is... a surplus. no guarantees.
btw. sometimes, the defect is not in the vacuum brake booster, but in the rubber hose...
