Mazda familia spare parts

My mechanic says i need a new valve gasket cover and a PCV valve for my 1997 Mazda familia 323. Do present Mazda dealers still carry parts for this particular make and model. If not, is it available at our friendly banawe/pasay dealers? How much kaya ako abutin dito?

look for karmelcon sa banawe (coming from manila, make a right sa banawe ... along banawe it's on the left side). they sell oem/replacement parts ng mazda. kung surplus naman try Nankai (also sa banawe).

replacement valve cover gasket is only 500-600 petot. dunno about the PCV valve.

bosing mazda gen1 owner po ako, maraming orig parts kaso puro surplus may brandnew puro replacement meron din namang Japan Daw sa Karmelcon pero alam ko puro Korean made na.

bagsak ang engine mount (engine support) ko, di ko lang alam kung lahat ng corners, and the shop I usually go to is quoting me PHP 12000.00 plus an addition 1,500 for possibly changing air filter...so, I have a few questions for you experts:

1. Is that quoted parts and labor amount within the bounds of fair ?
2. If I drive the car (Mazda 323 1997) all the way from Pasig where I live, to, say, Banaue, with the engine mount(s.. ?) broke, will that cause more damage to the car ?

Too late, hehehe. Pinalitan ko ng replacement yung valve cover gasket ng 626 ko. Will tell you in a few months. (kasi mababa ang driving mileage ko per day) although I don't know how to tell kung bibigay na. I changed the old gasket kasi there was oil on the #2 spark plug. Ma-check nga...
