September 4th, 2006 09:57 AM #1Yesterday, we conducted compression test of my engine. The compression test registered 28 psi per cyclinder. I inquired from my friend and he said that it should be above 30 psi at 2 cranking. I am worried and i want to have it corrected. Please provide me name and address of shop or mechanic specializing in Pajero. Thanks.

I wouldn't worry much if all your cylinder has 28 psi. What you should look out is if one of your cylinder is really out of range, say in the 20 psi range. may allowable range between cylinder yan in the 5-10 +/- percent range.

September 5th, 2006 05:45 PM #3Sir thank you very much for the feedback. Atleast I don't have to worry much about my engine. I will just use my budget to buy new tires.
