d important yung alarm function. wat important to me is the central locking function n d keyless entry.

wat brand can u recommend na mura n matibay 8)

also kung saan shop makakabili n install.

Try Avital or Code Alarm. It's avaible in a lot ot shops sa Banawe. Just ask around. I've personally tested these in my vehicles. They are durable and very reliable.:D

The current Code Alarm costs around 7.5k. It's one of the best. It's OEM for Mitsu like in my Strada. :D That Avital may be priced around 3.5k. I had Avital installed in my old 1996 Sentra back in '96. I sold it in 2000 to a friend and it still works today according to him.:D

maganda nga ang code. 1st choice ko yun, pero nang malaman ko kung magkano, nag cobra nalang ako. 3.5k - 4k ang price range nito sa banawe. with auto start pa ito.

Cobra costs under 3K sa AutoCentro cubao, 2700 ata with install, but I'm not sure kung may autostart...

Guys question... may possibility ba na gawan ng circuitry/relay ang power lock system so that pag binuksan yung car, yung driver's side lang ang bubukas, then pag lock ng doors from the inside, either front doors can lock all 4 doors (like the 89-94 galant)

Yup, pwede po siyang ipakabit kahit sa old car models. Pero kung walang central or power doorlocks ay pakakabitan nyo pa po ito (actuators) para mapagana keyless entry/central locking. Pero kung basic alarm at starter disable lang ay install lang kaagad ng iyong chosen security system.:D

yup. code alarm is very nice. got one for my 2k lancer two months ago.

features:

a) car page.
b) easy switch to silent mode
c) trunk opening
d) maintenance lock
e) and daling i-adjust ng sensitivity

and many many more.

got it for 5.5k sa motortown (malapit sa atc), kasama na installation.

power lock yun sakin pero la ako alarm, ang prob ko loose na yung lock both sa driver and passenger side doors. ung sa drivers side nga malalim na e. pero yun sa likod na dalawa ok pa. actuator lang ba yun o i have to replace the whole power lock system:?:

Yung imitation ng AutoPage sa Intense Banawe wala pang Php 2,600.00. Mas marami pang features kaysa sa genuine na AutoPage na nakakabit sa sasakyan ko. Hehehe. Best thing about cheap alarms is hindi mo na kelangan i-repair kapag nasira. Palitan mo na lang. 4 yata ang brandless alarms namin dito (mga imitation). Wala pa namang nasisira. Yung iba panahon ni Ramos pa.

Yung COBRA ayos din iyan. Ganyan ang gamit ko sa Benz dati. Ang lakas ng transmitter. Nasa bubong ako ng UST main building tapos nasa parking lot yung sasakyan gumagana pa rin! O kaya nasa kwarto na ako tapos hindi ko sure kung naka-lock, pipindutin ko lang yung transmitter mag-rerespond pa rin kahit nasa garahe yung sasakyan.

alam ko with most installation ng alarms e dapat meron and ayos ang power locks d ba?

ok naman ang cobra. simple lang gamitin, kaso nga lang, may auto arm sya kaya dapat wag mo iwanan sa loob ng auto yung susi, kundi, sobrang laking hassle maaabutan mo hehe

Yung auto-arm ng Cobra ko hindi na namin pinagana. You have to cut a violet (or was it pink?) wire on the main unit to activate it.
