Mga Sirs, Good Morning and Happy New Year!!!!

Need help lang po with my L200 (model 1997), regarding sa glow plug nya, it took me 3 to 4 times mag heater before i can start the engine, nakikita ko po kse sa ibang L200 one click lang sa kanila umaandar na, bakit saken di ko po magawa, hangang sa maubos na battery ko, i've tried na to change the glow plugs but im not sure kung tama po ba yung nabibili ko, may nagsasabi dapat daw po na 11V, 12V at may nagsabi pa na 7.5V daw po dapat ang ikabit kong glow plugs, pero according sa AMCAR 11V daw po yung talagang nakakabit sa L200, which i haven't tried yet kse medyo expensive.

Need some advises, comments, suggestions, first time ko lang po kse nagka diesel engine and i dont know yet what are the secrets of good maintenance of a diesel engine.
