I have a 96 Fuego LS (4JA1) and I am about to replace the two identical fan belts from the pickup. Their current size is 13 x 1450. Will there be a difference if I use 12.5 x 1500?

April 29th, 2005 01:45 AM #2I'm not one to use a belt of a diffrent width. Ok lang kung length difference pwede magcompensate sa tensioner. Pero kung narrower ang belt pwedeng magsayaw sa groove yun and maupod prematurely.

chaka why use another size if it's so easy to find such fan belt sizes?

April 29th, 2005 01:54 AM #4Thank you for the replies. Someone else bought the belts for me. Told the auto supply shop that it was for Fuego. The shop gave the 12.5 x 1500. Papapalitan ko na lang sa auto supply shop. Thanks again. :-)
