    Lubricate the linkages. Both under the dash and in the engine compartment.

    loosen up the linkages unfer the dash using wd40...then yung linkage naman sa hood, nakakabit yan sa carburador..yung wire ng acclerator parang sa bike, naka-connect yan sa linkgae from carb..tangagalin mo muna then hugut-hugutin mo kung saan matigas...
