I recently was involved in an accident where my 2017 vios got bumped in the rear causing damage to the trunk and rear bumper. I went to Toyota Makati where i purchased the car and was charged 500 pesos for just getting an estimate for the repair. Does Toyota really charge 500 for an estimate?

in the several instances for me, i wasn't.
but my insurance is in-house, for whatever real or imagined magic it endows me.

kung don mo papagawa, dapat walang bayad.. talk to your insurance, they should coordinate that with Toyota Makati.

Charge estimate is usually deductible if you let them repair the vehicle ...

Just make sure na refundable pag pinagawa sa kanila. Yung sa akin, ini-remind ko pa sila na i-deduct yun come billing time ng participation fee.

or you could've postponed the estimate to your next PMS so they can waive it

Is this 100% true for all dealerships? I'm planning on doing this in my next PMS, pa-estimate ko sana yung repaint sa scratches sa kotse on four panels.

not sure if that's true on all dealership. but in my case I was able to have it waived. you may want to ask your SA first just to be sure. at least you have an option to save 500 pesos just for a documented estimate.

Hi, ask lang ako for suggestions.

I drive an old car, no compre insurance ako. Siya ang meron.

Quote ng talyer is 4500-8500 only.

    Pls help. Thanks!
