is it possible to transplant the internals and all peripherals of a 2e-te (turbo engine) to the block of a plain 12-valve carburated 2e?

possble yun kaso why bother? Can't you just do an engine swap?

It is not practical...mabusisi yung plan mo (unless you can DIY it) to swap internals.

like sir wildthing said, it is not practical. tsaka less than P500 and konting pagod lang maglakad ng papeles sa LTO..wag lang sa LTO-diliman(main office).

Yan din dapat ang balak kong ilagay na engine sa fronte ko kaso hirap maghanap ng buo na 2e turbo last time meron sa Engine master kaso nung pagbalik ko wala na may bumili na.Magengine swap ka na lang..Iba kapag buo yung engine tska baka magkaproblema ka pa kapag ganun ang gagawin mo..Tapos sali ka sa team ko..

thanks alot for the reply guys. yup you guys are correct, just wanted to be able to return to stock after experimenting and wanted to avoid going to the lto and having the records changed. i came across an engine without papers and i was wondering if it were easy to just use everything else but the block. but it seems everyone is unanimous in saying that although possible, the trouble is not worth it.

kung engine without papers ang case mo, then engine internals swap would be the option nga....pero I think it is really expensive (P15-20K).

alam ko nasa 24k ang 2e turbo..kala ko nga nasa 15k lang yun..

yung labor to do engine overhaul with the parts can run to about P15-20k...kaya ng konti na lang bili ka na lang ng engine...which is about P24-26K
