Exhaust Flame Kit and Exhaust Turbo Whisper

do someone know where i can find these things?
the flame kit bursts fire when revving.
while the exhaust turbo whisper is put in the muffler to make it whisper like other turbo. help much needed

Just run the car rich so you have excess fuel and put a sparkplug in the exhaust attached to the battery with a switch for activation and you have a flaming exhaust.
