ano pa kaya possible problem .

pag mag shift ng gear at tatapakan ang gas pedal , parang mamatay na ang engine at pag ni release naman babalik na sa tamang idling

bagong ang fuel pump and filter ,spark plug ,air cleaner nilinis na lang through air compressor,pati ang carb bagong overhaul din ..
di pa namin na check ang fuel line

ang bad trip pa pag napahinga ng konti ay ok na naman tumakbo .at pag naka ilang kilometers ka na .ay kinakapos na naman at hirap na mag forward

naexperience ko na rin yan, may halong tubig ang gas ko, gan'to kasi ang nangyari, actually that was back then 2003, bago pa mabenta yung auto ko no'n, nagpagas kami sa Ligaya, Marcos Hiway, yung generic gas station do'n (katitipid kasi lalong nagkandaloko-loko) tapos, pagdating namin ng katips, bumaba ang menor ng makina at naging maugong whereas kahit owner-type-jeep lang yon 'di naman naugong eh, so inadjust ko ,pagdating ng NLEX, walang hatak ang auto pahirapan umabot ng 60kph, tapos natirikan kami sa San Ildefonso, then sa San Miguel bulacan, ang theory ko alin lang sa dalawa, either, lunod ang carb or panis ang gaso, so yon nga, it happened both, nalunod ang carb dahil sa kakaapak ko ng accelerator pedal, PERO nalunod siya dahil ayaw masunog ng gaso, panis kasi (kulay gin-pomelo)...

If its a carburated engine, check your float valve. Its just probably sticking.

sir na experience kuna dati yan.. cheak your clutch master.. yung sa lalagayan ng clutch fluid..

'Happened to me once. May halong tubig yung fuel ko. Pinababa ko yung tangke ko para i-drain at para na rin linisin ng husto. Once I got the tank clean, pinalitan ko na rin ng fuel filter tas pinalinis ko yung carb ko para sigurado na rin. I thought to have my fuel pump cleaned, checked or replaced pero gut feel ko was overkill na yun if I did that. Turned out I was right.

kung may halong tubig ang fuel, pwede kaya dito yung additives na nilalagay para matanggal ang tubig at malinis ang carb at kung anu ano pa...

I also experienced that before on a 98 L300 Exceed gas. Bigla na lang mawawalaan ng power while driving. When it happened, we had to downshift and travel slowly. Turned out na barado ang fuel filter so kinakapos sa gas.

This happened about every 3-months and we had to change fuel filters regularly. We later found out that the real cause was madumi ang fuel tank - which quickly clogged the fuel filter. When we cleaned the fuel tank, the problem went away.
