    will a faulty speed sensor in a corolla gli 4afe engine affect engine performance.?

    will it confuse the computer and make it run inefficiently?

    my speedometer runs wild...

    tach runs fine. i disabled the sensor by removing the plug.

    ok lang yan. kung A/T yan, the transmission will get confused with its shift points without the speedometer data and will revert to a fail-safe shift program

    if the speedo reads too fast, get it fixed... sayang yung dagdag sa odometer...

    if it reads too slow, leave it!!! nakakadaya ka ng resale value.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

    yeah the odometer is ok. so does this mean it's the speed gauge and not the sensor is faulty?
