Chassis/Frame Number location

Hi guys,

My friend have here a Tamaraw Fx 1991 model, and he intend to register it. Unfotunately he have to stencil the engine and chassis number. He have located the engine number without problem, but for the chasssis/frame number, we can't locate. Can anyone of u guys help us out in finding the location of the chassis/frame number of vehicle, so he can stencil it and also for his info.

normally chassis number is located on the firewall below the wiper assembly..not sure on that FX though

Yung nasa firewall hindi legit size for stencil use. Para makasiguro ask the stencil boys at any LTO office mas kabisado nila kung saan.

Normally, inner portion ng chassis passenger side near the front fender. Kung wala dun, mid portion underneath driver seat area.

actually, kung monocoque car body, yung nasa firewall na mismo yung chassis number for stenciling. kung ladder frame, nasa underside near the front passenger or driver door.

Nope, postponed Zambales trip. Susubukan ko rin dalhin ito incase makapagpost pag nasa taas na ng bundok.

BTT:
If it was in a monocoque, but Tamaraws have chassis. Di ko na rin maalala kung san yung number nun sa amin dati, lagi kasing non-appearance. Kala ko yung manufacturer's plate yung tinutukoy kaya sabi ko hindi legit size, hehehe.

kapag nahirapan nang hanapin ng stencil boys sa LTO yung chassis number, yung manufacturer's plate nalang ang ginagamit nila. tinatanggap naman ng LTO.
