how is service with mazda ? is it better than honda ? how abput compared to toyota ?

October 15th, 2006 11:22 PM #3In general, according to surveys, yes... Mazda/Ford have good customer service practices in general, and they're very accomodating.
But service varies from dealership to dealership. There are some Ford dealerships that are better than others, and I guess it's the same with Mazda. There are probably also Honda and Toyota dealerships that will treat you well... you just need to read the threads on horror stories to find out which dealerships aren't as bad...
So, in other words... depends on which dealership you get your service at.
