Love my 2005 Citroen Xsara Picasso and I would like to bring it to Manila for a long term assignment this June 2010 but wonder is there a service center for Citroen in Metro Manila? Seems French car is not that popular in the country like any other European cars. Another thing is that I heard bringing the car to the Philippines could be a custom clearing headache - is this true? Approximately, what would be the custom cearing cost including taxes for the above car in Pesos? Is there a clearing agent I can use in the Philippines? Any advice, recommendation, information and expert opinion is most welcome!
