Coolant for European Cars

Does anyone know whether there's an auto shop anywhere in Manila that's selling Evans NPG Coolant? Also, is it ok to change coolant from waterless one (Evans NPG is waterless) to one that uses 50% water and 50% coolant? Will changing affect integrity of radiator?

nope, 50/50 coolant/distilled water is perfectly fine for euro cars, my bimmer uses whiz coolant 50/50 mixture, no problemo.

I use original Mercedes Benz coolant available at Delodur in Libis.
