Looks like someone aims to dethrone recall-whore Ford as the king of spontaneous combustion.

Uh... Ford was never the king of spontaneous combustion... King of Rollovers, maybe, with the Explorer.

And Toyota is the recall-whore.

As far as I know, the king of spontaneous combustion is Ferrari... though anything Italian or English qualifies as a close second.

Ford is the king of recalls. Kaka recall lang nila 1.2 million F150s due to airbag issues. In 2008, they recalled 14 million vehicles, dwarfing Toyota's.

Its better to recall a lot of those old Ford models than to cover it up like what Toyota did and create a false image that their vehicles are perfect and don't need to be recalled.

It's a fact that all car manufacturers have recalls. Kaso the latest is always the "in" company in the hot seat. Although I agree that Ford has recently been developing very high quality cars and that Toyota admitted their mistakes (albeit slowly) and is now taking the necessary actions to reclaim lost honor as we should say.

Malas na lang talaga din nung iba, may mga lemon cars pa rin talaga eh. Tao nga na gawa ng mas nakakataas nasisira, yun pa kayang gawa lang nating tao.
